Pay My Bill At the Annual Norman Public School Foundation Luncheon on March 1st, 2011, Cindy Merrick received the prestigious Emeritus Honor. As a past board member for the foundation, Cindy is one of 20 recipients of this award since the inception of the Norman Public School foundation in 1984. The award was presented by Randy Laffoon. Coach Barry Switzer and former OU All-American running back Spencer Tillman were featured speakers at the event. Way to go Cindy!
