Just Say “YES” in 2012

I love the word “Yes”! It is short, simple and powerful. It is used to express affirmation, agreement, positive confirmation and consent. It is often used to express approval, satisfaction or happiness. It is a form of acknowledgment or encouragement for the continuation of an action. Used as a noun, verb, adverb and an interjection, Yes can be used to express pleasure, joy or excitement. It is synonymous with certainly, definitely, and by all means.

Scientific research has proven that we are all energetically charged vibrational beings. Our thoughts and emotions, whether negative or positive influence our health, our relationships, our success and our community. Our thoughts change the chemistry of the neurotrans- mitters in the receptor sights in our brains. Thinking and saying “Yes” impacts our receptor sights which in turn improves our health and our lives.

Say YES in 2012! Our words are powerful tools, and we each have the choice and responsibility to use them towards the highest and greatest good of all. When we use words that uplift our friends, family and coworkers, we are also uplifting ourselves by creating a positive and encouraging environment. Saying YES can accelerate changes in our individual and our collective consciousness.

We can end prejudice by saying YES to acceptance and tolerance. We can end hunger and poverty by saying YES to sharing love and compassion. We can leave conflict and war behind us as we say YES to unity and peace. Believe in the power of these three little letters,  Y.E.S.

Happy New Year!
